Who am I?
I am Wendy Hewitt and I live in Hudson, Massachusetts with Jasper, a Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen; Mugsy, a pup adopted from Buddy Dog Humane Society; two Springer Spaniels, Buck and Rosie; Ebony, a Tibetan Terrier and a Manx cat named Dunkin.
My love of animals and desire to work with them led me to my interest in animal massage. While working full-time as a graphic designer, I attended and graduated from the Bancroft School of Massage Small Animal Massage Program in Worcester, Massachusetts; earning my certification in Small Animal Massage in February 2006.
I completed my internship massaging cats at NEADY Cats Shelter in Sterling, Massachusetts and massaging dogs at Buddy Dog Humane Society in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

I have volunteered at Buddy Dog, massaging the shelter dogs to help relieve stress and offer the dogs some individual attention and positive human touch. I also offer my services at events to benefit local humane societies and shelters.
Besides working full-time as a graphic designer and part-time massaging pets, I dabble in stone and metal sculpture, wood carving and various other arts. I am an avid bird watcher (a bird nerd, so to speak) and have over 400 birds on my life list.
I look forward to meeting you and working with your pets.
